My Services

I am an experienced technical professional offering at home computer support, service and set ups. My specialties include: pc repairs, upgrades (memory, hard drive), data transfers from old to new computers, DSL and Broadband installations, wireless installations, basic troubleshooting, eradicating viruses, controlling pop-ups, restoring data where possible, and bringing back to life your crashed system. I also offer computer education for beginners of all ages, including training in most Microsoft applications, internet and e-mail.

My Rates

I can offer hourly or one price per job rates, its up to you.  I will charge $65 for my first hour, and $35 an hour thereafter. There is no additional cost for travel time, limited to the City of Boston.  Any necessary hardware or software purchases are billed directly to you.  Or you may purchase on your own or with me, if you prefer. I love bringing my clients to Microcenter!

Remote Technical Support

Nice PC Guy can connect to your desktop remotely, provided that you are connected to the internet.  I charge a flat rate of $40, payable through PayPal, limited to 2 hrs of consulting/troubleshooting time.  This is the fastest way to correct and resolve your technical issues.  Please go to my Technical Support page if you are interested in my remote services.
